CAD

Computer aided design is software for 2D and 3D design, shaping extremely complex objects and modifying surfaces.

CAE

Computer Aided Engineering, software for simulating and elaborating the design and performance analysis of product molding processes in a finite element analysis, using extensive databases and analysis techniques, provides tools for cost estimation and product optimization, making it possible to demonstrate material characteristics, finishing, manufacturing process and even simulations of external influences such as forces applied to the system, temperature, among others.

CAM

Computer Aided Manufacturing serves to create the code for numerical control (CNC) machines, ensuring that a real component can be generated from a digital CAD model as an exact copy.

MACHINING

Finishing and precision operations on machines with up to 5 axes, as well as electro-erosion and deep drilling.

ASSEMBLY AND FINISHING

We have a qualified workforce with extensive experience, where the stages take place in-house, and we have adjustment presses where the kinematics are simulated.
